Montreal

Montreal is a city that I have drawn inspiration from since 1974.

Most of these photographs were taken early in the morning, in an area roughly bounded by McGill University on the west, Parc Lafontaine on the east, Blvd. De Maisonneuve on the south and Boul.St-Joseph on the north. Like many tourists, I have spent a great deal of time in Old Montreal, but, as in the work from Trenton found elsewhere on this site, it is the less-well preserved, and the disjointed architectural styles that interests me.
